The Wrexham International Jazz Guitar Weekend, held on 25 to 27 April 2025, was a resounding success. Celebrating 25 years of fostering jazz guitar excellence in North Wales, this year’s format with smaller tuition groups and more playing time proved very popular. Students of all levels benefited greatly, adding new jazz standards to their repertoire, refining ensemble skills and deepening their musical understanding. By all accounts, everyone left having learnt a huge amount and due to popular demand, the event is confirmed to return on 10 to 12 April 2026.
